Healthy Nutri Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the app, or using Healthy Nutri, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta Status

Healthy Nutri may initially be provided through TestFlight as a beta app. Beta versions may contain errors, bugs, incomplete features, data inaccuracies, performance issues, and design changes.

You agree that you use the beta version at your own risk.

2. App Purpose

Healthy Nutri is designed to help users:

3. Recipe Generation and AI Output

Healthy Nutri may use AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate recipe instructions or recipe text based on user prompts, recipe names, and ingredients.

AI-generated recipes and instructions may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe for some users, or unsuitable for specific allergies, medical conditions, religious requirements, pregnancy, dietary restrictions, or individual health needs.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying recipes before preparing or consuming food based on them. Healthy Nutri does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, suitability, or completeness of generated recipes.

4. No Medical Advice

Healthy Nutri provides general informational and lifestyle support only.

Healthy Nutri does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, disease treatment, doctor-approved treatment, medical-grade diet plans, emergency support, or clinical monitoring.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major diet, weight, health, or exercise changes, especially if you have a medical condition, pregnancy, allergies, eating disorder history, diabetes, obesity, or other special dietary needs.

5. User Account and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, not sharing your password or account access, all activity under your account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Healthy Nutri uses reasonable safeguards such as password hashing, authenticated sessions, and HTTPS API access. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Nutri is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep credentials secure, your sharing of account access, your device compromise, or events outside our reasonable control.

This does not remove any responsibility we may have under applicable law to use reasonable security safeguards.

6. User Content

You may submit information such as food logs, notes, preferences, profile details, recipe prompts, ingredient selections, and feedback.

You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate content.

For recipe generation, do not include sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the recipe-generation feature.

You grant Healthy Nutri the right to use submitted feedback and app usage information to operate, debug, secure, and improve the app.

7. Accuracy of Nutrition Information and Recommendations

Nutrition values, food data, recipes, generated recipe instructions, and recommendations may be incomplete, estimated, inaccurate, or affected by third-party data sources, AI outputs, app algorithms, user inputs, and assumptions.

You are responsible for verifying nutrition information and recipe suitability if accuracy matters for medical, allergy, religious, cultural, pregnancy, or personal reasons.

Use of app recommendations is voluntary. You are responsible for decisions made based on the app’s nutrition recommendations or recipe outputs.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse engineer or misuse the app, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with backend/API/security systems, submit harmful code or malicious requests, use the app for unlawful purposes, use generated recipes or nutrition recommendations for medical emergencies or clinical decisions, or submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Nutri, its developer, owner, operator, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, health outcomes, food preparation outcomes, recipe outcomes, or reliance on nutrition information.

Your use of the app, nutrition recommendations, generated recipes, and food information is at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Nutri and its current developer, owner, operator, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection or platform rules.

Disputes will be subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
